Inktober #5_Bones!

Who doesn't like bones?

I had worked on the sketch the other night, and decided to put the ink to use...again! I'm starting to like black ink on texture paper. Such a nice contrast.

Happy Birthday_Matt

Nolan Renwicke is a hero and personal favorite of a friend of mine. For his birthday, I decided to give some character art.

Inktober #3_Skull and #4_Batman!

DOUBLE POST! Woah! What's going on!

After having a day off thanks to an important Korean holiday, I was able to create some new pieces! Not much to say here other than, it was fun to make 'em!

The topic of piece focuses on nostalgia.

Its no surprise that as a child, I had spent much of my youth glued to the TV playing classic NES games. Below is a collage of my favorite heroes and the system that started it all for me - The Nintendo Entertainment System.

So...decided to join the InkTober challenge. Kind of spur of the moment, but I've never done a month challenge for this could be fun. At the moment, I'm doing this alongside a friend that I've made in Gwangju, Jen Lee. She's awesome, yall can check her work out  here!

For this piece, I decided to go with a Jack O' Lantern inspired piece. It would've worked better with more undulating lines, and possibly an ink pen! Truth is, I used a brush for this piece!
